Dear Parents:

We thank you for your understanding and support, our families and their children are at the core of what we do each day. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 updates, and, as we all take this pandemic one day at a time, the health and well-being of our families and staff is our top priority.

During this time, all of us are being advised to make changes in our daily lives as we navigate through a rapidly changing situation.

We have received requests from parents regarding reimbursement of their monthly fees during the shutdown. We understand the hardship, the COVID-19 pandemic was unforeseen, and the sudden shutdown is affecting everyone.

At this time, we will be suspending the April 1st scheduled EFT payment and adjusting payments upon our return. The adjustment date will be ten business days after our return date. Should we return on April 6th your fees will be adjusted and processed for April 20th, 2020. We have taken every effort with our bank provider to pause your April 1st payment, if you experience a payment processed on April 1st from your bank account, please contact Antonella immediately at antonella@stgabrielchildcare.com.

We are experiencing technical difficulties with our website at the moment however our emails rosanna@stgabrielchildcare.com and info@stgabirelchildcare.com are being monitored. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to provide responses.

 We will continue to email you updates through Mailchimp, sandbox or Hi Mamma as we receive them. 

We have posted resources for you on Facebook if you are looking for some fun activities to do with your little ones. Hi Mamma has shared a link with our community with activities for infants, toddlers and preschoolers as well. For Hi Mamma subscribers you are able to access them through your account. For those that are not on Hi Mamma a link has been shared on our facebook page.

St Gabriel will also be sending out resources for you and your family over the coming weeks.
