Qualified and nurturing educators
Our nurturing teachers include Registered Early Childhood Educators. Classroom assistants bring child care experience and continue building their qualifications through early childhood or teaching courses. Ongoing internal and external learning supports every member of our team.
Our staff take joy in watching children's imagination unfold. Through engagement, observation and collaboration, they extend play-based, child-centred learning opportunities and build strong connections with families.
Learning made visible
Educators document children's experiences using Ontario's Early Learning for Every Child Today framework. Observation helps staff understand emerging skills, plan from children's interests and support each child's next step across developmental domains.
